BND 28 Days of Glutes
Have you ever maxed-out bodyweight reps on any exercises before?
Well now is your chance.
Since we will only be using our bodies and a band, the amount of volume and reps you will be performing to compensate for no weight being added, will be the highest you’ve ever done.
With many methodologies and advanced training methods, it IS possible to grow, shape, tone, etc. without adding any weights.
This program will be 28 (straight) Days.
8 exercises per day Focusing on Lower Body, specifically Glutes.
The first 4 exercises of each day will be our “compound” movements. These will be tracked.
The remaining 4 exercises will be our “isolation” movements. These will not be tracked.
Days 1-7 will be progressed over 4 weeks.
